Terms of Sale

These terms govern quotations and sales made by Felvini unless a signed quotation or contract states otherwise.

Quotations and orders

Model, configuration, voltage, quantity, destination, Incoterm, warranty scope, installation and lead time are defined in the written quotation. An order is accepted after written confirmation and any required deposit.

Prices and taxes

Export prices exclude duties, local taxes, customs, destination charges and services unless explicitly included.

Payment and delivery

Payment milestones and delivery terms are stated in the quotation. Title and risk transfer according to the agreed delivery term.

Warranty and service

Warranty coverage, authorised service and parts availability vary by destination and are confirmed before order acceptance.

Governing documents

If these terms conflict with a signed quotation or agreement, the signed document takes priority.
