Export freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, local delivery, installation and lead time depend on the product and destination. These items are confirmed in your written quotation before payment.
Damage and shortages
Inspect packaging on arrival and record visible damage with the carrier before accepting delivery. Contact Felvini promptly with photographs and shipment documents.
Returns
International and configured commercial equipment is reviewed case by case. Do not return equipment without written authorisation. Custom production, installed or used equipment may not be eligible for return.
