How to choose a coffee grinder

Felvini Grande electric coffee grinders offer five models for the grinding needs of cafés and coffee bars. Compare grinding into a portafilter for espresso, dosing with the JX-680P’s integrated scale and the JX-928’s range from Turkish to filter coffee. Every model has a cast aluminium body and black and white colour options.

Espresso grinders: grind and dose control

Grande JX-680M has 64 mm flat burrs; Grande JX-680 has 74 mm and Grande JX-683 has 83 mm. For dosing by weight with an integrated scale, explore Grande JX-680P. Revisit grind and dose settings when your beans or recipe change.

A grinder for Turkish and filter coffee

Grande JX-928 covers Turkish coffee, espresso, moka pot, filter coffee and French press. It combines 74 mm burrs, a 600 W motor and adjustable 600–1,400 RPM. Choose the appropriate fineness for each brewing method; one setting will not suit every recipe.

How to compare coffee grinder prices

64, 74 and 83 mm refer to burr diameter. Diameter alone does not determine cup quality or hourly output: motor, dosing, beans and settings also matter. Compare coffee grinder specifications. Product cards show current prices in the selected currency, including VAT. Complete your espresso station with our coffee machines.

Detailed model specifications are available on each product page.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about model selection and use.

Are Grande coffee grinders electric or manual?

All five Grande models use electric motors. A manual hand grinder requires the user to turn a crank; a Grande model uses its motor to grind. For a café, base your choice on the coffee you prepare, your dosing method and your daily service routine.

Are espresso and Turkish coffee grinders the same?

Not every grinder covers the same range. Espresso needs fine grinding and dose control; Turkish coffee needs an even finer grind. Grande JX-680M, JX-680, JX-680P and JX-683 focus on espresso. For several preparation methods, explore Grande JX-928.

Which model has a built-in scale?

Grande JX-680P has an integrated scale and supports weight-based or timed dosing. Sharing a 74 mm burr diameter with JX-680 does not mean the two models have the same dosing system.

How should I choose between 64, 74 and 83 mm burrs?

JX-680M uses 64 mm burrs; JX-680, JX-680P and JX-928 use 74 mm; JX-683 uses 83 mm. Choose your application and dosing needs first, then compare burr size and motor. Do not assume identical hourly output across the models.

Can JX-928 grind for espresso and filter coffee?

Yes. Its range extends from Turkish through filter coffee, including espresso, moka pot and French press. Adjust grind fineness and the recipe when changing brewing methods.

Do black and white versions have different specifications?

Black and white versions of the same Grande model are colour variants. Burr diameter and motor power do not change with colour. Use the colour buttons to preview the product and view the selected variant on its product page.

Do the coffee grinder prices include VAT?

Yes. Product cards display prices including VAT in the selected currency. Check the product page for the current model or variant price and the cart for your order total.
