This Privacy Notice explains why personal data collected through www.felvini.com is processed, to whom it may be transferred, how it is collected and the rights available to you under KVKK.

Depending on the services provided, we may process your name and surname, phone number, email address, company details, address and invoice details, IP address, cookie data, request, complaint and message content, and order and quotation information.
3. Purposes of Processing
We process personal data to provide information about products and services, evaluate quotation requests, fulfil orders, provide after-sales support, manage technical service and warranty procedures, improve customer satisfaction, conduct accounting and finance processes, meet legal obligations, maintain information and website security, communicate with you and, where you have given explicit consent, conduct marketing activities.
4. Collection Method and Legal Basis
Personal data may be collected electronically or physically through www.felvini.com, quotation and contact forms, telephone calls, email correspondence, social media accounts, WhatsApp channels and physical documents.
Processing is based on the legal grounds listed in Article 5 of KVKK, including establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the legitimate interests of the data controller, express provisions of law and your explicit consent where required.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
To the extent necessary and permitted by law, personal data may be transferred to authorised public bodies, financial advisers, legal advisers, cargo and logistics providers, technical service partners, payment infrastructure providers and information technology service providers. We do not share personal data with third parties except where required by law or necessary for these stated purposes.
6. Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the period required by applicable legislation or for as long as the purpose of processing requires. When the retention period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with KVKK and related legislation.
7. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing, learn the purpose of processing and the recipients in Türkiye or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, request notification of these actions to recipients, object to an adverse result produced exclusively by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to Apply
You may submit a KVKK request to the Company in writing, through a notary public, from your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, using a secure electronic or mobile signature, or from an email address you previously notified to us and that is registered in our systems.
Applications are concluded free of charge no later than 30 days in accordance with Article 13 of KVKK. If the process requires an additional cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
